MKT Overview
Al Morrow, Kerry Kidman, and Gregg Tinker founded a Seattle law firm in 1974 dedicated to representing adults and children injured by negligent conduct and defective products becoming three of the most experienced and successful personal injury lawyers in Washington state.
Over thirty years later, Al and Kerry, joined by Todd Tinker (Gregg’s son), took the opportunity to form a new practice — Morrow Kidman Tinker. This partnership assured the continuation of the firm’s approach to cases by working closely together, giving every client the benefit of our combined knowledge, experience, and creativity.
How We Can Help
Along with the obvious physical and emotional toll, suffering a severe injury or becoming disabled often puts a major financial burden on the injured person and the family. Our work can help replace lost income, buy special equipment or required services, and pay for medical care.
Our initial review of your case is free. When you contact Morrow Kidman Tinker, one of our attorneys or staff will speak to you on the phone. To determine the extent of the medical error or negligence, we may also meet you at your home or someplace else convenient to you.
Our Experience & Approach
Serious personal injury cases are often complex and boldly defended. Like detective work, success in a serious personal injury case is in the small details.
We work as a team. Each of our clients enjoys the pooled knowledge of the entire firm.
We win our cases because we grasp the facts better than the eyewitnesses, we reserached the medicine issues, and we sought out and retained exceptionally well-qualified professionals as expert witnesses.
Because of our reputation, most of our cases are referrals from other attorneys. To defense attorneys, insurance adjusters, and judges, our name on a lawsuit means they will be facing a well-researched, well-presented, and well-supported case.
We have fought and won on behalf of hundreds of seriously injured clients in nearly every county in Washington. We have also successfully represented clients in Idaho, California, Colorado, Arizona, Montana, Wyoming, Texas, Ohio, and New York.
