Todd Tinker represents plaintiffs in serious personal injury and medical malpractice cases.

His approach to practicing law is to aggressively ask questions, discover new facts in the case and find the right expert witnesses who are leaders in their field.  His goal is to build the strongest case possible by putting the defense under pressure.

Admitted to the Washington Bar in 1996, Todd was born in Heidelberg, Germany and grew up in Shoreline, Washington. Todd spent four years at Washington State University, graduating with a BA in Social Studies in 1993. He received his JD from Seattle University in 1996.

He is the President of Kitsap Cancer Services, a local non-profit organization dedicated to supporting patients, family members, friends, and caregivers in their fight against the emotional and physical effects of coping with cancer.
