Heather Paradis is an experienced legal advisor and trial attorney for upwards of twenty years.
Heather’s practice history is a unique and valuable asset to our firm as well as to our clients who have experienced wrongdoing at the hands of healthcare providers and institutions. Heather spent the first part of her legal career practicing as a defense attorney representing doctors, clinics, and hospitals under investigation. This experience gives her a distinctive perspective that provides for targeted focus on building the strongest possible cases for our clients.
Heather is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Washington Association for Justice. She is part of various state and national litigation groups to include medical negligence, nursing home, birth trauma, and brain injury litigation. She participates in state and national conventions on these and other advocacy issues, including the Trial Lawyer’s College. Heather has spoken both locally and nationally on areas of legal interest, as well as with the media.
Heather considers practicing law to be a great honor. She dedicates her practice to integrating the human experience into what can otherwise be a seemingly rigid legal system. She has a strong and unwavering commitment to her clients, values their trust, and respects their confidences.
